USA - Free Shipping
Unlike many other web sites that have special rules and lots of fine print, SightLineReaders.com offers free shipping on all domestic orders placed on our website. When you order from our website, you can expect to receive your order within 1-4 business days. Free shipping is for standard ground service only. Air shipments, or Priority Mail services can be arranged for an additional charge.
USA - Free Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund (Returns must be in resellable condition, and in the original packaging). We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should not have to pay for domestic return shipping. So if for whatever reason you're not happy with your purchase, use our online return system and we will arrange return shipping for free. You will be provided with a pre-paid UPS domestic or USPS domestic label.
With SightLinereaders.com 30 day return policy, there are no special catches or exceptions. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition.
- You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date.
- Eyeglasses must be in the condition you received them and in the original packaging.
- Return shipping is absolutely FREE.
- You will be provided with a pre-paid USPS domestic label to return the purchase to us. It will come in the form of an email so check your spam folder.
- Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 24 hours of receipt),your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. All returns will need to be received by our warehouse within 30 days of purchase.
- If you selected expedited shipping for your purchase, your refund will not include any additional shipping charges you selected and paid for.
International shipment costs vary, we will contact you via email with the cost before we process and ship the order. Whatever the cost is, we will adjust the actual cost to ship to you down by the cost of a USA domestic first class shipment. We only ask that you pay the difference between a USA shipment, and your actual shipping charges.
Returns of International orders are at the purchasers expense.
