USA – Free Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. To qualify for a refund, returned items must be in like-new, resalable condition.

Instructions for return:  Simply log in to your account, find the order you wish to return, and submit a return request. We will shortly thereafter email you a prepaid USPS return shipping label at no cost.  

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.
• Eyeglasses must be returned in the condition in which they were received, with all accessories.
• Return shipping is free for domestic U.S. orders.
• A prepaid USPS return shipping label will be emailed to you.  This is a manual process and may take a day.  If you do not receive it, please check your spam or junk mail folder.
• Once your return is received at our warehouse and inspected (typically within 24 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed. A credit will be issued to your original payment method within 7 days.
• If you selected expedited shipping at checkout, the additional shipping charge is non-refundable.

International Returns

International orders may be returned within 30 days after delivery under the same conditions. International customers are responsible for international return shipping costs, and the original shipping charges are non-refundable.
