USA – Free Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. To qualify for a refund, returned items must be in like-new, resalable condition.

Instructions for return:  Simply log in to your account, find the order you wish to return, and submit a return request. We will shortly thereafter email you a prepaid USPS return shipping label at no cost.  

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.
• Eyeglasses must be returned in the condition in which they were received, with all accessories.
• Return shipping is free for domestic U.S. orders.
• A prepaid USPS return shipping label will be be emailed to you.  This is a manual process and may take a day.  If you do not receive it, please check your spam or junk mail folder.
• Once your return is received at our warehouse and inspected (typically within 24 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed. A credit will be issued to your original payment method within 7 days.
• If you selected expedited shipping at checkout, the additional shipping charge is non-refundable.

International Returns

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning international orders. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
