OK so why so cheap? This frame is not like the other Sightline frames. The spring hinge is plastic and therefore the longevity is very limited. This frame is not suitable for optical eyeglasses - these a Walmart quality. One of our competitors Peepers, uses similar inexpensive hinges on their progressive readers - but peepers eyewear charge way more. All other Sightline frames are suitable for prescription eyewear - which is good as you will wear these longer because they are so comfortable to use. If you wear narrow frames, and want to try progressives, this is a great choice.
